The only Yext Plan that helps with both listings and review management.
The cost of Yext Premium package is $999 a year, per location, you'll have access to everything in the Complete Package, plus the added bonus of easy review monitoring and showcasing on your website. That's almost $90 a month, just to keep your listings and reviews in check.

These features may be overkill for small-medium businesses and marketing agencies. Save your money and stick to the basics - no need to break the bank for features you don't need.

If you're already using a Yext plan for yourself or your clients and things go sideways, it's useful to know how you can cancel your subscription.
Here's the 3-step cancellation process:
- Go to Account Settings inside the platform.

❌ Tailored towards big agencies: Yext behaves like a fancy restaurant, only catering to big agencies with 100+ clients. Smaller agencies need not apply.
❌ Atrocious customer support: They doesn't have time to respond to your issues. You can only file support tickets which they'll take weeks to respond on. If you want to talk to a real person, you'll have to pay extra.
❌ Your listings are not yours: They will hold your listings hostage. They will disappear as soon as you stop working with them.
